Here are two easy to grab foods that actually effect your mood:

Blueberries are high in Vitamin C which helps lower cortisol and they are full of antioxidants which help reduce levels of stress and anxiety.

Walnuts are packed with tryptophan, indirectly increasing serotonin levels. When serotonin levels rise we feel more relaxed and happy.

Also, water is super important when you are feeling depressed or anxious. When you are dehydrated you are at risk for poor mood and increased levels of anxiety. If you are struggling with depression or anxiety it might be time to see what is lying a the root of those feelings!
