The brain is constantly being trained due to thoughts, actions, activities, and situations. The word for this is neuroplasticity. When you cultivate awareness you decide what qualities you develop in yourself.

This is important because you can not avoid the training, but you can avoid what you’re training your brain to do. Mindful awareness is priceless. Watch carefully today what you are training your brain to do. It might help you to know how to adjust if you desire something differently.
