As we transition “back to regular life” post-COVID, I have designed a class to help with obstacles that might come along with the transition and generally help with life itself. This will be another 5-week live Zoom class starting 06/02- 06/30 on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11:15am AZ time. The recordings will be available in case you miss the live teaching. The cost is $35 for the 5-week class course. There will be lots of helpful coping skills, counseling tips, and strategies to help you overcome the struggles of reopening your life, breaking bad habits, and managing anxiety as you get back to life at a “busier pace”. How will you move forward with intention and coping better? What sorts of negative habits did you nurse during the shut down? What sort of issues do you now need to give your attention to?
