Humans are wired for gratitude. During times of crisis, we actually have the most to gain by a grateful perspective on life. ⁣

Gratitude has the ability to energize during a time of demoralization, heal during times of brokenness, and give hope during times of despair. It is a powerful coping skill that requires cultivation and holds so much redeeming power. ⁣

There is a difference between feeling grateful and being grateful. Many times the feelings of gratitude show up in good times. But being grateful is a choice, an attitude, a chance for a different perspective and an important choice when facing difficult situations. ⁣

On Tuesday morning at 9:30 Az time we will be having this class on Zoom. If you are interested in joining us even if you have not been attending the coping skills class feel free to private message me and I will send you the link to join. You can join from any state. It will be an uplifting and interesting class with videos, and discussion groups. 🙂 ⁣

Gratitude as a coping skill has the power to unshackle us from toxic negative emotions. ⁣

⁣Live Well. ⁣
