You will begin your counseling journey with an initial assessment. This is designed to allow you space to share your concerns and identify the counseling path that best suits you. This initial assessment gives you time with your therapist to explore your personal goals in therapy. Counseling is an active, ongoing relationship between you and your therapist and can create profound and lasting life changes. This journey of therapy requires an investment in yourself and we honor this journey beginning at this first assessment.

Counseling for Trauma
This might be the phrase you have said to yourself over and over and have not been able to find relief. Feelings of anxiety, panic, intruding distressful thoughts, nightmares, triggers, or just an overall uncomfortable feeling of sadness have become your new normal. This is the path for you to move toward health and wellness.
Therapeutic Walk & Talk
Are you more comfortable talking to someone shoulder to shoulder on a walk or jog? Is it easier to get to your distressing feelings and be vulnerable while you are participating in an activity? It is individual counseling all wrapped up in a therapeutic walk with your therapist. This is the path for you, so grab some walking shoes and let’s talk.
Do you feel more comfortable having a therapist who will include your faith in your counseling sessions? Do you feel that it is important for your direction to come from scripture and understanding God’s plan for your life? Then this is the perfect path for you these sessions will be infused in the Christian faith and will encourage your faith.
