Four options to solving any problem:
1. Solve the problem (change it, leave it, or get out of it for good)
2. Change your perception (see the problem as an opportunity to learn something, see situation as growth, etc)
3. Radically accept the situation (“it is what it is” give up your resistance to the situation)
4. Stay miserable (Sometimes this you might have to stay miserable until you are ready to try something else)
